ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1,Trichy to expedite the trial in C.C.No.124 of 2010 which has been transferred from the file of Judicial Magistrate No.3, Trichy.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1,Trichy, to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.124 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings, on a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings and co-operate for the trial .

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
