Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to pay the increments for the undergone training period in the post held by petitioners 1 to 19 as retired on or before and after 30.07.1992 continuously take into the account the said increments in the pensionary benefits within stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
