JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the judgment passed in Spl.C.C.No.166 of 2018 by the learned Principal Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and set aside the said judgment and conviction, dated 02.05.2019 and acquit the appellant/Accused No.2.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant is died on 06.03.2020.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is true that the appellant is died on 06.03.2020.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
