Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 452 and 307 IPC in Crime No.210 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner/A2 has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel over the illegal intimacy of the defacto complainant with A1's wife, this petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with sword and caused fatal injury, which resulted in registration of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that pursuant to the attack, the left hand of the defacto complainant was amputated.

6. Taking note of the serious nature of the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
