O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.02.2025 and conclude the same.
2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the tenant under one Vanitha and the said Vanitha through the private respondents insisted the petitioner to vacate the premises and trespassed into the property, broken the lock of the main door. More over, they have caused life threat to the petitioner and also caused damages to the house hold articles. Therefore, the petitioner sent a complaint to the 2nd respondent on 23.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they assigned CSR No.189/2025 and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. 2/5
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition. 5.According to the petitioner, the private respondents indulged in criminal activity, thereby, he lodged a complaint on 23.02.2025 before the 2nd respondent and no action has been taken. The 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the complaint of the petitioner and the same is under consideration. 6.In view of the same, this Court recording the submission of the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.02.2025 within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.
7.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
