This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 14 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam on 28.03.2015 itself.
