ORDER

The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent Police not to interfere with the civil disputes which was pending before the Civil Court in O.S.No.238 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Musiri, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2026.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police, an enquiry was initiated on the basis of the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent on 04.02.2026. After enquiry, it was closed on 06.02.2026 and therefore, the petitioner would not be called upon for any further enquiry.
