This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent against one Dr.Ekeswari for the improper treatment given in her hospital. Though the 2nd respondent has assigned CSR No.82/25 for his complaint, thereafter, no steps were taken. In this regard, he has sent a representation on 16.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, they issued summons to both parties, but the said Dr.Ekeswari has not appeared for enquiry. However, they will complete the enquiry within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court recording the submission of the respondent police and direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
