ORDER

This petition has been filed to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.409 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri.

2.Mr.S.Siddharthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a Surveyor in the Revenue Department and in view of the pendency of this case, he was placed under suspension. He further submitted that the case is pending without any progress for the past 1 1⁄2 years, which causes mental agony and hardship to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that totally there are three accused in this case and all the accused have been regularly appeared before the trial Court and if any direction is given, they are ready to co-operate with the trial. 4.Considering the above submissions, the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.409 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
