ORDER

This Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to investigate the case and file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2017, dated 29.04.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The respondent Police had already filed a final report and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.232 of 2017, by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. The accused person was found guilty and based on the same, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate had imposed the conviction and sentence by judgment dated 31.05.2017.
