Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAMED HANEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU,Government Advocate Criminal Side for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16463 of 2018, dated 14.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of 14 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
