Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to register the rectification deed dated 23.06.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2015 in the light of the law laid down by this court wihtin the time stipulated by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register the rectification deed dated 23.06.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2015. By the said representation, the petitioners have presented a rectification deed dated 23.06.2015 to the respondent requesting him to consider the case of the petitioners without demanding the additional stamp duty.

2. Mr.TR.Janardhanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
