ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.367 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Srivilliputtur is the revision petitioner herein. A report was filed by the Advocate Commissioner, but copy of the report was not served on the plaintiff in the first instance. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff sought two days time to file the objections. Since this Court had earlier given a time bound direction, the Court below declined to grant time and closed IA. Hence, this civil revision petition has been filed.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances obtaining in this case, this Court sets aside the order impugned in this civil revision petition and permits the petitioner to file her objections to the Advocate Commissioner's report in question. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that she would file objections on or before 31.10.2018.

4. With the above directions and observations, this civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
