Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-providing of access across the layout promoted by the third respondent herein. Notice was ordered to the respondents.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner as well as the third respondent submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7379 of 2020 that the matter has been amicably resolved and that the third respondent had also executed a gift deed, dated 22.07.2020, whereby, the petitioner has been given access rights. A compromise memo has also been filed. The said compromise memo will form part of the order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said compromise memo. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
