The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner apologised before this Court and took time to file an affidavit explaining things. Though the explanation of the petitioner is not convincing, in order to avoid embarrassment to some of the counsels practising in this Court, this Court takes a lenient view and permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition.
