ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash a private complaint filed by the respondent before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur in C.C.No.2 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the materials would show that there are prima facie fact material case available against the petitioner and therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the complaint. However, considering the fact and submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with and he is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when his presence is required.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
