Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.04.2022 under the criminal law by conducting an effective investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time as prescribed by this Court.

This petition has been filed to directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.04.2022 under the criminal law by conducting an effective investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time as prescribed by this Court.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the respondent police on 08.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
