Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2014 and thereby direct the third respondent to remove encroachment made in the Survey Nos.230/6, 230/9, 230/10, New Patta No.1543 situated at Melavaniyankudi Village Sivagangai Taluk and District as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.DA2/1672/13 dated 19.09.2014 of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for removal of encroachments at Melavaniyankudi Village, Sivagangai Taluk and District, as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.DA2/1672/13 dated 19.09.2014 of the second respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court
2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Govt.Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.11.2014, in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 19.09.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
