2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondent police, based on which, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.78 of 2020. Further, he would add that on 16.06.2020, compromise has been entered between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and the same is reduced by written. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
