Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 10.03.2022 and to issue patta in petitioners favour by cancelling the patta transfer made in favour of the respondents 5 to 9 for the lands comprised in S.Nos 52/1, 52/2, 52/3, 52/4, 52/5 to an extent of 2.5 acres at Achangkulam in Kallikudi Village at Madurai District within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
