Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to survey the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.997/3B2 and 997/3B3 to extent of 82 cents situated at Iyyampalayam Village, Attoor Taluk, Dindigul District and to fix the boundaries by laying boundary stones in pursuance of the petitioner's final representation dated 03.07.2015 within a reasonable time.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing the respondent herein to survey the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.997/3B2 and 997/3B3 to extent of 82 cents situated at Iyyampalayam Village, Attoor Taluk, Dindigul District and to fix the boundaries by laying boundary stones in pursuance of the petitioner's final representation dated 03.07.2015.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the
petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to survey and measure the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 3.7.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
