ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1615 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.399 of 2021, by order dated 21.02.2025.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 21.02.2025, directed the petitioner to stay at Tiruchirappalli and report before the Thottiam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the said condition from 25.02.2025.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has failed to comply with the condition on 18.03.2025 and 19.03.2025.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 2/3

side), this petition is dismissed for the present with a direction to the petitioner to continue to comply with the said condition.
