ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, as per the order passed this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2703 of 2025, dated 18.02.2025.

2. Mr.A.S.Vaigunth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the 1/3

third petitioner is attempting to commit suicide, and the first petitioner, being the husband of the third petitioner, is the only person to take care of her. The petitioner Nos.2 and 4 are senior citizens. Hence, the petitioners were unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2025. Accordingly, he seeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2703 of 2025, dated 18.02.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 08.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2703 of 2025, dated 18.02.2025. sd/- 24/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
