... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender of petitioner passed in Crl.OP.No.6424 of 2020 dated 19.6.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.BALAKARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 19.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court. Since the Government has issued lock down and temporarily suspended the inter District travel, the petitioner is unable to travel and surrender before the Court. Hence he seeks four weeks time to surrender.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6424 of 2020 is extended by four weeks from today.
