JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that this appeal has been filed as against the dismissal of the divorce petition filed by the appellant in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2020. Now, the appellant and the respondent are living together happily without any issue. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
