ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.9078 of 2024, dated 22.07.2024.

2. Mr.A.S.Vaigunth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent- Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 22.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9708 of 2024, is hereby fully relaxed.
