To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2576 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 on the file of this Honourable High Court. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in in in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2576 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025.

2. Ms.K.Karunanithi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he 1/3

prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only from 16.02.2025.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2576 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent - Police, weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
