ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.110 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent dated 03.05.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stand disposed of.
