ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No.15 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court for consideration of their bail application on the same date of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Court for exclusive trial of PCR Act cases, Sivaganga, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same date of surrender in crime No.15 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
