O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to grant permission to lay a pipeline in the petitioner's land in S.No.429/1 comprised in Patta.No.536. Vellakulam Village, Kurivikulam Panchayat Union, Tenkasi District. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's claim in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed as stated above. No costs.
