The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to provide any job to the petitioner under compassionate grounds based on the application made by the petitioner, dated 06.06.2006 by passing appropriate order on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 23.07.2014 with consequential direction within a stipulated time. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the claim of the petitioner has already been considered and rejected by the respondents 1 and 3 in two occasions vide proceedings in Letter No.3(4)/71904/2007, dated 09.03.2010 and Letter No.Tha 2/1048/2014, dated 22.08.2014 respectively.

3.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to challenge the said orders of rejection. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
