ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing the respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 01.06.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court. By the said appeal, the petitioner has alleged that the common pathway has been encroached by the private persons.
2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. A perusal of the representation would reveal the fact that with regard to the fraudulent execution of documents, the petitioner along with documentary evidences submitted an application in the form of an appeal and the same is said to be pending on the file of the respondent. Therefore, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 01.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
