ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.268 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b) of IPC and there is no harassment as against the petitioner.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
