ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 09.03.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the mutation of the patta in his name, with respect to the subject property.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was originally classified as Grama Natham. This property was in possession and enjoyment of his father and it is stated that on 14.09.2004, the 4th respondent had also issued a revenue patta in favour of the father of the petitioner and his name was entered in the revenue records.
3.The further case of the petitioner is that his father executed a registered settlement deed, dated 02.03.2016, in favour of the petitioner and thereby, the petitioner became the absolute owner of the subject property. The petitioner, thereafter, made a representation, seeking for the mutation of the revenue patta in the name of the petitioner. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.
4.Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muniasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 09.03.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 4th respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
7.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
