ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai to dispose of the C.C.No.64 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the trial has been commenced and three witnesses were examined.

4.In view of the above submission, the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.64 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
