Side) For R1 : Mr.S.Muthukumar PRAYER :- These petitions have been filed to permit the petitioners to intervene as second respondent in the above Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2536 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- In the intervening petitions, there are five properties have been listed, where the intervening petitioners stated that the said five properties belong to the first respondent/A1. 2.Hence, there shall be an order of interim injunction restraining the first respondent or any person claiming ownership or possession and from dealing with the disputed aforesaid properties 2/6

3.The first respondent is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.51 of 2024, before the learned TNPID Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The remaining amount of Rs.34,00,000/- shall be deposited in five installments. The first respondent is further directed to disclose the properties held and any other fixed deposits, if available, before this Court 4.Accordingly, Crl.M.P.(MD).Nos.3772 and 2795 are allowed.
