ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Crime No.1 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Pudukottai, on 15.06.2021 and the case was adjourned to 19.08.2021. Since final report was filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction, in this petition.

3. But, however, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings.
