ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to disburse the insurance amount for which the petitioner is legally entitled as per the terms and conditions of Insurance policy vide No.72100250602. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has placed before this Court, a copy of communication, dated

W.P.(MD)No.7375 of 2020 31.08.2020 along with a copy of Demand Draft, dated 31.08.2020 for a sum of Rs.4,98,553.02/- in favour of the petitioner. According to the learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 3, the entire claim pertaining to the group insurance has been duly paid and hence, the Writ Petition has now become infructuous. The learned Counsel for the petitioner accepts the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 3.

4.After recording the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 3 and also after perusing the communication, dated 31.08.2020 as well as the Demand Draft in favour of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.4,98,553.02/-, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous, as the relief sought for by the petitioner has been achieved. However, there is no order as to costs.
