ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2015 to take action against the second respondent. By the said representation, he has alleged that the second respondent herein is indiscriminately cutting the trees belonging to the Government.
2. Mr.S.Chandrasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the
petitioner is disposed of by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above fact that the petitioner alleges that the trees belonging to the Government is being cut by the second respondent herein, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
