Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.SANTHAKUMARESAN, Advocate for the petitioners and MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16612 of 2018, dated 18.09.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of 4 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) each, in total Rs.4,000/- (Rupees four thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
