This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct both the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and thereby restraining the respondents from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that a petition enquiry was conducted and that the complaint against the petitioner was closed. It was further submitted that no further enquiry will be conducted and that therefore no question of any harassment.
