This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case against the accused, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.09.2016 and to take action against the accused.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
