This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard Mr.A.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner appearing for enquiry pursuant to the summons and that the respondent police without closing the complaint or registering the case, harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. However the above statement was strongly objected by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). According to the second respondent, it is submitted that the case was registered and the petitioner obtained anticipatory bail. 5. None of the parties have produced any documents to substantiate the case. However, taking into consideration the nature of dispute and the facts and circumstances of the case, this
