ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent approached the petitioner for selling the house property, which was refused by him. So, the third respondent lodged a false complaint with the second respondent. The second respondent took the petitioner to the police station and threatened him to execute the sale deed in favour of the third respondent herein. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner and the third respondents are close relatives and the third respondent is the brother-in-law of the petitioner and there was a sale agreement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

He would further submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.32 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, since the petitioner represented that he would approach a competent civil Court to resolve the dispute with the private respondent and that no further action need be taken by the police.

5.The aforesaid submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) was not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
