O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 27.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the complaint, dated 27.12.2015, has been sent by post to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Cell and to the other officials and therefore the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 27.12.2015, to the Cyber Cell attached to Madurai City Police. On receipt of such complaint, the Cyber Cell is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
