ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 27.04.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Nilakottai vide the letter in D.No.2125/2022 dated 11/10/2022 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order:

The learned District Munsif, Nilakottai, sent a letter dated 11.10.2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of O.S.No.27 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.04.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 11.10.2022, four months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.27 of 2021.
