This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.52 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the trial in this case is already commenced and out of 13 witnesses, already 8 witnesses were examined and the case is now posted for cross-examination of the witnesses.

3. Considering the above fact, this Court is not inclined to quash the charge sheet. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expedite the trial and dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
