O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorari, seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent made in Na.Ka.No.520/2020/A2, dated 29.05.2020.

2. Challenging the impugned order dated 29.05.2020, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC submits that, since the impugned order was issued without giving show cause notice, on that ground, the said order has been revoked or recalled by a circular, issued by the respondent, dated 22.06.2020 and on the same date, a fresh show cause notice has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.7349 of 2020 been issued to the petitioner. Therefore, virtually nothing survives in this writ petition, he submits.

4. The said submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed, since it has become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
