O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for issuance of separate patta and in that regard, he made an application to the 4th respondent on 10.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the District Revenue Officer has already passed an order on 05.09.2019 cancelling all the subdivisions, calling upon the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent has not made any progress thereafter.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the order of the 2nd respondent, 2/4

dated 05.09.2019 and thereafter, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application for separate patta, dated 10.09.2024 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
