O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2018 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint to the police officials against the sixth respondent in discharge of her duties as Tahsildar on a particular date. Since no action was forthcoming, he is before this Court seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus.

3. This Court is unable to appreciate as to how such writ petition is maintainable in regard to the prayer as sought in the writ petition. It appears from the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioner has some axe to grind against the sixth respondent and he is trying to involve this Court in settlement of private dispute with the sixth respondent.

4. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that the writ petition lacks any bonafide and the same is misconceived and the said prayer cannot be granted on the basis of bald averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. This Court finds no merits in the writ petition and therefore, the same is dismissed. No costs.
